This is a beautiful little community. Most of the people here have families and children I would say overall I would give it A. Lately, though we have struggled with management on the site as we have had a lot of our returns lately. However, they are working on it yesterday we just got brand new washers and dryers that were desperately needed or playground. Used to be really nice but unfortunately, bigger adults got on the slides and broke them. Two slides were broke now it is not safe for the little kids to play, which is very sad. The pool has always been gorgeous, but due to lack of personnel and the funds to keep a poor person our pool has really gone bad. It is super green but I believe that they are working on it. They are doing the best they can when Covid came. A lot of people took advantage, and did not pay the rent, which really threw our complex into a spiral downward direction but at this point, I do believe we have three maintenance guys here that are really trying to get multiple apartments ready to rent as well as Patty who is I believe Sierra Village I would say senior management she oversees the manager etc. and does the hiring as far as I know anyway, she has been here lately and I have heard we have a new manager now I have yet to meet him but heard he is very nice. I think our beautiful apartment complex is back on track and getting things done, I am so happy for this and blessed to have this family oriented apartment complex. I trust that it will get back into tiptop shape very soon. Thank you sir, village for being our home for the last going on five years we appreciate you even through the tough times, I know you’re doing your best.

Elisa was a great manager, she was extremely helpful and efficient. The maintenance requests sometimes got forgotten, but I know it's only because there are so many tenants. I'd definitely rent from them again.
